Note: I’m not a Linux zealot, who wants to convert everyone to use Linux as the main operating system on his/her PC or Mac. I have used a Mac and I know Xp well and I have used Linux for quite a while, but, among these three operating systems, I like Linux the most, because of the philosophy; that is its freedom. Even so, it’s not so much about its being free, but it’s because everyone can use it the way s/he wants it. In other words, it’s customizable. Of course, it is not easy to do so. We need to have a lot of time, patience and effort to make it run the way we want it. However, if you like the challenges of learning something new, I recommend that you use it. So far, Ubuntu is the most user friendly distribution and there are a lot more.

I believe, there is no force in religion; therefore, there is also no force in choosing, which operating system or Linux distribution to use. It’s all about free will. Use whatever you are comfortable with, but always put security as your main and only concern.
